This Privacy Policy explains how EnergyExe AS (“EnergyExe”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use energyexe.com and its subdomains (the “Site”). We are the data controller for processing described here, unless stated otherwise.

2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors and users of the Site, contact forms, newsletters, and (if applicable) customer portals linked from the Site. It does not cover processing for employees, job applicants, or products/services with their own privacy terms.

  • Account data (if you register): login, profile, preferences.

  • Transactional data (billing details, payment status). Card data is processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

  • Communications (messages sent via forms or email, support tickets, newsletter preferences).


3.2 Data collected automatically

  • Log and device data: IP address, browser type/version, OS, time zone, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and clickstream.

  • Cookies and similar tech: See Section 6 (Cookies).

  • Approximate location: derived from IP address for security, fraud prevention, and localization.


We do not intentionally collect special category data via the Site.
